Information relating to estimates of the costs for extended opening of GP practices
Response to a request for: 1. All internal documentation (including e-mails, telephone transcripts, minutes and memos etc) which detail approaches from organisations seeking an exemption from the ban for Formula One; 2. The Department’s correspondence with all outside organisations seeking an exemption from Formula One; 3. A list of all organisations who made formal approaches to the Department supporting the idea of an exemption from Formula One; 4. Details of all meetings between Tessa Jowell, during her time at the Department and any organisation/firm seeking an exemption for Formula One; 5. All internal documentation which deals with Tessa Jowell’s disclosure of her husband’s links with Formula One. These documents include all communications between Ms Jowell and senior members of the Department as well as her response to allegations of a conflict of interest.

Response to a request for: How many 11, 12, 13 and 14 year olds had abortions in England and Wales in 2003/2004? That is individual figures for each age group rather than one total figure.
Response to a request for: 'copies of all unpublished material relating to bullying of staff within the NHS. This should include but is not limited to copies of any reports and analyses into the extent of bulling in the NHS. Please search for this information since 1 January 2003 to the date you answer this request'.
Response to a request for: 1. How much money each individual hospital or subcontractor on behalf of each hospital in the NHS obtained as fees from car parking at each site for last year (or the most recent year for which figures are available); 2. The cost per hour or per day at each individual hospital; 3. The amount taken by each hospital from people paying to be released from clamping at a hospital; 4. If the above figures are not available to that degree of breakdown then the same figures in each case for each and every NHS Trust.

A Stronger Local Voice sets out the Government's plans for the future of patient and public involvement in health and social care. These plans include the establishment of local involvement networks (LINks) which will replace patient forums. LINks will work with existing voluntary and community sector groups, as well as interested individuals to promote public and community influence in health and social care. The package of plans is designed to promote the importance of user and public involvement at all levels of the health and social care system, and to create a system which enables more people to become involved and have their voices heard.
Response to request for a copy of the report of the study about the National Health Service university (NHSu) which was chaired by Sir William Wells.
In 2006 the Department commissioned a review of all the documents held between 1970-85 relating to blood safety. A copy of the 'Review of documentation relating to the safety of blood products 1970-85 (Non A non B hepatitis)' was issued on 22 May 2007, together with all the references. The review has been sent to various people, including Lord Archer, and to other interested parties.
