Non-modulating companies who elected to deliver the 7% price cut by making an across-the-board price reduction needed to provide information to the Department by 28 February 2009.
Regulations limit the price of prescription only, branded medicines supplied to the National Health Service. These Regulations also require manufacturers and suppliers of branded pharmaceutical companies to provide the Department of Health with information on sales income and discounts.
