This bulletin is a monthly information update providing resources on health policy and practice for GPs and the primary care audience, including practice managers and nurses.
We'd like more practice managers to subscribe to GP Bulletin to keep up to date with the latest news and developments from the Department of Health. Practice teams are working more closely than ever with PCTs towards a common goal - meeting the needs of the local community. Practice managers have always been fundamental to this, managing the delivery of high-quality primary care services while improving the working lives of staff.
GP Bulletins before October 2003 are currently held on a separate site that is managed by DH. Links from those bulletins will redirect you to the homepage of this site: copy the title of the link and paste it into the search box on this site to find the information you are looking for. We apologise for any inconvenience.
You'll notice that in this edition of GP Bulletin we've tried to include features and news that are relevant to the job you do. Further improvements are planned but we'd welcome your feedback and suggestions on how best we can make this bulletin useful to you. If you have any feedback or would like us to include a particular article, please
GPs and practice managers can subscribe to receive an e-mail alert, sent out as each new edition is published. The email distribution list will only be used by the department for official communications with GPs. To subscribe, send an email with your name, practice address and email address.
